conclusion from the research..

Last week I had undergoing a research about the sensitivity of the student for the role and the function of student representative council in here UiTM.During the analysis, I take the correspondent who are consists of student from my class and other class as well. and most of the student answer no for the question do they know about the role of the student representative council. Hence, we can assume that the sensitivity or the knowledge of the student relating to leadership issue just like MPP is low. Thus, I thinks that the MPP who had been selected earlier last month should explain and show up their role to the student so that students will know about them and this can help to wipe out the negative image that always shadowing the MPP. Other than that, the corespondent also answer no about the question if they understand about the manifesto that the candidate had expressed during the Rapat Umum. So now, its the responsibility of the candidate who had won the election to explain and express their manifesto into an action so that the people who was feels blurred about their manifesto can have a clearer view about that.
The student also had known about their right to choose and they know on how to use the MPP as a body which can help them to expressed what their need to the authority and thats a good improvement.I'm happy and gald to know that all these students understands well about their right. Therefore, it will be more easier for the MPP to work out. Why i'm saying this? Because if the student know their right and the legal channel to express or complaint, the MPP off course will have work. This will help the newly appointed MPP to show the student on their role and indirectly, this will help the student at the same time.
MPP hold a big responsibility because they determine the situation in the campus. If there's a complain from the MPP, it express the complaint from the student as well and the authority will work out to wipe out their complaint. But if the MPP don't work out? Then, the complaint will gone as the time passed. This will bring negative effect to the student because the students needs a good surrounding for them to study and achieve good performance. Can they student of the accommodation provided broken? Off course not! the student will become more stressed and that will decrease their focus on their study.
So, I hope that the MPP member which had been selected by the voters can do their job properly and efficiently as they are the voice of the student. My hope for the new MPP, I hope that they will show a good value as a leader and as the student who wants to help other students.

CAMPUS REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION : AN ANALYSIS

UiTM Sabah student Representative election had passed about two weeks ago.I had already done an analysis on the election. there are several change that occurs during the election that is the student not represent their course anymore but they will compete and represent their faculty. I thinks the changes that occurs during the election as its own good and bad. as we all know, everything we done will have dual effect that is good and bad. the good thing that I can see from the change that had been made by the main campus is by change that the student will represent their faculty, the competition will become more strong and tight. This because when I was in the other campus of UiTM, I saw that most of the student who was named as the candidate won the election without any challenge from the others. other than that, the good thing about the change is the number of member in student Representative will become smaller and this will help them to move and doing their job efficiently because there was lack of people inside the organisation. On the other hands, I'm also concern about the bad about the change that had been made by the authority in UiTM. when the number of candidate had increased, the risk or probability of result of the election became draw is high. for example, in my faculty of Public and Administration and policy studies there are 10 candidate who will compete against each other in the election. So, we can assume that the percentage of the draw condition may occurs will increasing. Not only that, the bad thinks that I can see is it will be unfair for the faculty with less number of program under it. we can see if the faculty have lots of number of program under it, there will be no problem on it but it will become a bog problem for the faculty will only one or two program under it.
***
on the meeting with the voters or called as 'Rapat Umum', the candidate had one last chance to campaign on the election. on the stage they will given the time to express what are their principle and what they will do if they won the election. As usual, I analyzing the manifesto which had been expressed by the candidate and what can I analyst on it is most of the candidate (not all) don't express their stand in specific ways. Most of them are expressing their stand in general issue and not the specific one. Most of them mention about what is the important of being united among all the student of UiTM. I'm agreed with the opinion that had been expressed but the question is how can we unite all the student to become one? I think one of the reason why the authority set the new law of the candidate will represent their faculty is to unite all of the student under the same faculty. I thinks it's essential for the student to unite under one ideology. this because the student need to know the importance to unite among each other. in the rapat umum also i found out that there are some of candidate was not prepared well maybe its was his/her first time stands on the stage. we can't blame him but I think we have to encourage him to become brave to face the public. Some of them even not serious in expressing their stands on the issue that they want to fight for. most of the student came up with almost the same manifesto that is will doing their best if they win the election. It's good to be simple, but if it was too simple, the public or the voters will see that the candidate was not serious in expressing their stand. Hence, they will think how would this kind of person will fight for their right if he win the election? I'm not bashing anyone but this is my opinion. Then as time flew, the candidate's manifesto had become almost the same, the voters will get bored and they will thinks about one thing. The candidate only want to become popular only. This had been said by one of my friend when I asks him about what he thinks about the election. He said that " the candidate only seek for popularity only and they will not care about us." Either his opinion is true or not, we will see.
***
On the election day, I was woke up late because my class only start at 10am that morning. when I arrive at the spot for student to throw out their vote, I saw there was a lot of student that was claiming their right as voter. Look like the rapat umum which had been held on the night before election had succeed in changing most of their minds about the candidate that they will vote for. This is a good improvement as students start realizing about their responsibility to choose their leader who will represent them and send what they want to the authority. On the evening the result had been announced and the structure of organisation of the new student Representative counsel will be announced soon..
***
All in all,the election had runs smoothly without any chaos just like the one which was happen in student Representative election in the others university. the candidate who had win the election will carried lots of heavy responsibilities that I can listed as follows:most of the student don't realize what's the role played by the mpp in the campus. so its the mpp responsibilities to explain to them what are their importance and role that they can play to help them. This because the student don't see whats the role played by the mpp so they will have negative perspective on them. hence, the other task that the mpp should done is to clean up these negative perspective that had being had been accused toward them. Other than that, the mpp have to become more friendly with the student who had vote for them in the election. the mpp can always be by the students side and hear their voice, listen to what they complaint and then send it to the authority for further action. Therefore, for the new mpp what can i say is all of you are the leader for us so show the followers that u are able to lead us to the better ways.

AN ANALYSIS ON WORLD ISSUE

Today as I have lots of free time, I'm going to find something on how can I study even there is no class. So, I had decided to analysing an issue that happen outside of the country. I want to bring the analysis on our neighbor country, Thailand. As we all know, Thailand is one of the country that was never been councuered by any west power such as British, America, netherland and so on. But the question is, why does this country had experience the chaos? This country had experience so many chaos incident and it seems never stop. The latest incident that happen is the riot caused by the yellow movement (who was support the king) and the Red movement (who was support the previous prime minister of Thailand, Thaksin Shinawarta. This group is also called Pro-Thaksin movement.) This issue had been started when the Military group had launching the coup to dragged down Thaksin who was the Prime Minister of Thailand that time. Unfortunenately, Thaksin managed to escape from the coup that had been launched by the military with the permission by the king on 2006. After Thaksin had succeed to escape from the judiciary action that had been filed against him because of the misuse of his power during he become the prime minister of Thailand, Thaksin had been goes around the world to seek for political ammunition and protection from the country that he was visiting. Then the ammunation had not last long, his visa and passport had been blocked by Thailand authority and government. during this time Thaksin had to seek for other political protection. As a result, in 2009, he had been given the position in the Combodia government as the economic adviser in the country. When the news had been spreading, the pro takshin and anti takshin movement had start to demonstrate their stand on that issue. As there are 2 groups involves in this issue, then it will cause chaos and it had come true as the riot had been exploded in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. i'm not looking more further on the demonstration and what they principle stand for. But what i was looking at is how will the country situation when the riot between this two groups exploded. If the demonstration which was organised by both of this group will end up in harmony and peace, then it would be fine. But the fact is the demonstration will end up as another more tragedy that happen in Thailand.
****
back on the issue on Thaksin, what would he do if he can get his position that had been dropped 4 years ago. Can he calm down the citizens and get the trust from the citizens that he are innocence? This question may turn out from the citizens mind. " If he was innocence, why must he ran away and ask for political ammunity from other country?" I thinks this crisis will never ends as the red will try to get Thaksin back on his position as prime minister. Take a look at the previous prime minister of Thailand who was selected by the people. when he had been the Prime minister, the red group keep going on demonstration force the prime minister to step down from his position as they thinks he can't be the prime minister as he doesn't have any quality that they needed to become the prime minister. The red group had succeed to step down Samak Sundraravej as the prime minister on 9 september 2008 with accusion he had receiving the payment for cooking show. Now when the new prime minister had been appointed, Abhisit Vejjajiva then red group still continues to demosntrated on Thaksin behalf. Take a look at this, what will the pro taksin group will get for what they had experienced? Some of the protests member had been punished during the protest. On the other hand, Thaksin was in a happy life at combodia with his new position that he was get from the combodia government. does this thing worth? This is the main question that appears in my mind right now. If the answer is worth, why? They all have not been tortured by the current government. Does this is worth, fight for someone who was live happily and we are the one who suffer most. Even Thaksin get his power back, He will sit back on the wealth and he was not suffering ass he had already gain back his power on the government.
****
I thinks the solution in this matter is both the pro and anti's started to realize that what they are doing is not worth the result that they have to faced in the future. U can see the impact of the riot that happen. does it give any benefit on the country? Off course not. It will only make the country developement become slower and slower. If the citizens started to realize that they need to unite again, then this thing will solved easily. Otherwise, if they choose to keep on fighting then this matter will never ends because if thaksin are able to get his position back, the yellow group will stand to express their unsatisfaction on the issue. and this matter will never meet its end and it will continue over and over again.

HAVE THE LOVE HAD GONE??

today, my class at the evening had been cancelled by the lecturer. I had decided to update my blog as this is also the way how i learn from the situation and environment. Then i had had looking at an interesting news title. 'Heartless act of a son and daughter in law'. after i had read the news, i was shocked on the news. An old father who had just undergoing the heart surgery had been left alone by his own son as his son wife don't want to accept him to come to their house. i was so shocked as this things happen. why should this things happen? doesn't the son have a pity and at least remember the sacrifice that his father make all this while? and on the next day, the son come again and off course, the father must be happy as he though that his son may go there and take him home. But what happen is otherwise, the son only dropped him the his bicycle only. i don't know what is in the son's mind during that moment. he only care of his wife more than his father. lets think about this, if ur wife died, u can seek for other wife. But what if your father dead? can u look up for other father? off course u can't find one for your. Is the love among the malaysian had being decreased? there is no love anymore. i thinks, if the malaysia can doing this to their own family, then they will do to others as well.
***
the issue of morality in Malaysia had been worser and worser day by day. with the controversy that happen non stop. how will malaysia can defensing its independence if the citzens manner is soo bad? will they have awareness about the matter that happen around them if their own family was being abandon? even if he don't like his father to live with them in the house, can't he wait for his father to recover then he can send he to the welfare house for old people? can't he wait? as a muslim, i believe that all of our act that we are doing in this earth will have its own result and impact. either we are doing the good action of bad action. everything will get punished soon.. the matter is only if the punishment come to us when we still alive or the ounishment come to us when we had already died. just wait for it.

A 57-year-old man, who had just undergone heart surgery, thought he could recuperate at home but was in for a shock when his son told him not to return home.

Harian Metro reported that Abdul Rahman Talib was abandoned by the roadside in Kangar with just a bag of clothes by his 30-year-old son after his daughter-in-law refused to let him back into the house.

“I asked my son to drive me to town although I did not know where I could go. Instead, he left me in front of a school.

“I cried as I stepped out from his car. I did not expect him to treat me like this after I’ve brought him up lovingly all these years,” he said, adding that he felt lost wandering around before finally settling down for the night at a bus stop.

Abdul Rahman said the following day, his son had come to look for him but the old man’s joy was short-lived when he realised that the son was only dropping off his bicycle.

He said he met an acquaintance near the school two days later and was invited to spend the night at his house.

It is understood that the Social Welfare Department had since sent Abdul Rahman to the Batu Bertangkap Welfare Home in Beseri.

PASSING LIFE AND TRANSFORM WELL..

my life as a student is start again today. The circulation will never stop until i meet my Creator. Yesterday, i was at my ex school giving motivation talk for the newly form 5 student in my exschool. acctually, i was quite surprised when my teacher (also the councellor at my ex-school invite me to give a talk). But as this is a great opportunity to build my self-esteem when talking to the public, i accept that invitation. On the day before the talk was being held, my teacher called me and she mail me an invitation letter to give a talk from the school. As i have class on the morning, so I have to ask for an excuse from the lecturer. i called the lecturer and tell him that I can't attend the class tommorow in the morning. Fortunately, he giving me permission to absent in the class with condition, I must show him and send to him the copy of the invitation letter from my school.
***
on the day the talk, i was taking a bus from Kota Kinabalu to keningau at 10am. during the journey to the school, i was wondering on how i'm going to talk to the student. When i had arrived at the town, I called my teacher to tell her that i had arrive there. the teacher then take me to the school and when i stepped on the ground in front of the hall, i can feel my legs start to shake strongly. I was entering the hall alone and when the mc was greeting me and announce the student that I had been arrived there and she passed me the microphone. I was feeling awkward that time and I say to myself. "u can do it" and at the same time my legs shake. I can feels that 200 student was staring at me with question in their mind. "who is this guy?". Thanks God, after my third slide, i can take over everything and the talk was running for 1 and half hour. Actually, I didn't expect that i will talk for 1 and half hour as i think my slide is soo short. during the talk, i was motivating them by tell their my experience as a student and also as the university student. I can feel their courage to study and succeed is soo high as none of them came from rich family. Most of them are from farmers family. Actually, I was amazed with the poor people courage to succeed than the rich one. Why i'm saying that? It is because, the poor people always fight until their last blood to get anything they need. For example, poor people who was work as the rotan seeker in the jungle. They know that the jungle can be a very dangerous place for them. But the question is why their are will to get in there? Because they have no choice and they have to do that or else, their family will die for starving. This make me feel so amazed with the people from the people from the rural area. I have a friend from the rural area such as tenom, nabawan, pensiangan. I can see taht they have the courage to study and succeed based on the way they talk. If these people is given the opportunity by the government to futher their study, I'm sure that they all will succeed. But how about the rich people? i'm not bashing them, but from what I see, the rich people who was always being pampered by their parents usually have no courage and spirit like the poor people. The poor people have a strong courage to success because they all know how the feeling to being poor, uneducated. But the rich people or person, when in the motivation camp where they all being bashed by the facilitator, they will become mad and sometime they feels week. Other than that, they also backstabbing the teacher by saying that the teacher doing this purposely without thinking on why they all was treated like that? I'm sorry for saying this but this is the reality from what i saw and hear.
***
back on the topic, i thinks that life can be a good teacher to us to teach us about hardship and succeed. We all need to look up for a new definition of succeed. As we all passing our life, sometimes look at the back on what we had left at the back. Trying to remember the hardship that we had experienced in the past and transforming our mind to the better ways as our age had been increased day by day. All of us are going older and older day by day. As the life passing through, we need to do something for our life. wake up form our long period sleep and try to make our life better. I had noticed that there are some people was didn't notice about their potential and the talent that they have. Look up for you talents and move forward but don't forget to look at the back sometimes for us to judge ourselves. Does our life transform to better or bad ways?

WHAT WILL THEY BECOME??

Today as i had passed my life in UiTM Sabah campus. The same life. It's never change. it didn't even changed as my life is soo boring and stereotype one. Some friends that I meet said that I should spend time more on outside. walking with girls, watching movie or anything else. But i thinks that was only a waste of time. i don't see the benefit of doing that. they often said the young age only once and it will neer come back when its had already passed. But in my opinion, I thinks that at the young age is the best age for us to doing our best in our life. Not enjoyng them with unnecessary thing. As an example in here. as I had being in my friends room and chatting. ( I often goes to my friends room just to visit them and just asking on how they are doing, how are they feels today), my friend said that his roomate was going out and will be back at the middle of the night. As that day is sunday, and the next day is monday. How will they go to the lecture on the next morning? I'm afraid of these young people as they always wasting their time for i think useless things. i'm not denying that we need relax also and not too serious in our job or no matter what we are doing. But if we had become too relax, the works will become the same too. When will they doing their homework, assignment? Do they have to wait until the end of semester then only they will say "Alamak!". I think this the reason why the bumiputera student not improved in their study. but when the government had suggesting that this campus should open its quota of 10% to non-bumiputera, they was doing demonstration in all over the country. I had joined in the demonstration, from what I saw during the demonstration most of the student didn't even know what are the purpose of they are been there. when the people asking he/her on why they do participate in the demonstration, they will say " I'm just following what the authority tell me to do so." This comment make me sad. They didn't even know what are their purpose to be here in UiTM. So, I thinks that the student should know a lot on what are their are doing. The student are the asset of the country as they will take over the previous leader in the country. what will happen if the student especially the bumiputera still with their perception of they are secured? Off course their achievement will never changed. Therefore, I still hope that the people especially the student in the University realize what is their responsibility on their country and step forward and keep going to achieve the success. The term in success must being understand very good so taht we can measure and assume whether that person/ student is succeed or not.

WHERE IS THE LOVE??

As we all know, the situation in our country, Malaysia had become worser day by day. After one incident there goes the another one. If the incident can make benefit on us, it will be fine. but is the incident can give bad influence on our country. why should we make this happen? everyone has their own opinion on why this things happen. If you are asking for my opinion, I will say that this would happen because of the lack of love among all of us. This is the true evidence that love had being decreased in our heart as malaysian. Its was so sad when we are thinking about what will going to happen on our country. If we don't realize and keep going in our own thought and ways. I believe that a chaos will happen in our country soon. So, as a Malaysian who was looking at this issue seriously, I think that we should make this things solved as soon as possible to prevent the this will become worse than we can imagine. Please, I hope that all of us will live happily in this country. This country had its independence for almost 53 years now. Why should we break the independence that we had defensing it for a long time just for our own sake? its not worth it. Just believe on what I say. Its not worth it.
